1. Introduction
This Notice and Action Policy (the Policy) describes Letswork’s policy regarding content that is not permitted on our Platform, how we monitor usage of our Platform, and what you can do if we take actions against you as a user of our Platform.
This Policy forms an integral part of our User Terms. All definitions contained in the User Terms shall therefore have the same meaning and scope within this Policy.
2. Prohibited content
You are prohibited from posting, transmitting, or sharing content as defined in Articles 7 and 8 of the User Terms on our Platform. Examples of such content include, but are not limited to:
Harassment or nuisance
Content intended to intimidate, threaten, harass, or annoy other users.Offensive or harmful content
Defamatory, false, abusive, obscene, vulgar, offensive, or sexually explicit content.Hate speech or harmful conduct
Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm against an individual or group.Illegal or unlawful activities

Chain letters, junk mail, spam, advertisements, promotional, or commercial messages.Unauthorized images

3. Monitoring compliance with our Policy
To ensure that our Platform remains safe and secure, we may combine human review with automated systems. Where automated systems are used, they are primarily intended to identify content or activities that clearly violate our Terms.
4. Measures
Letswork reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content and accounts at its own discretion and to take further action against users who violate our Terms.
Depending on the severity of the violation, we may take one or more of the following measures:
Removal of content
We may immediately remove your content or make it inaccessible.Account restrictions
We may temporarily or permanently restrict certain account features.Demotion
Certain content may be made less visible or excluded from (parts of) our Platform.Suspension or termination of accounts
In cases of repeated or serious violations of our Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account.
We will decide which measure to apply in a careful, objective, and proportionate manner. Decisions are assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors such as the severity and nature of the violation, intent, and potential consequences.
When taking action, we will contact you and explain the reasons for our decision.
5. Notification of content
Users can notify content that violates our Terms via support@letswork.com. To help us process your notification effectively, please include:
Clear reasoning
An explanation of why you consider the reported content or behaviour to be illegal or in breach of our Terms.Content location
A specific URL or a clear description of where the content is located on the Platform.Contact details
Your name and e-mail address.Declaration of good faith
A declaration that the notification is submitted in good faith and that the information provided is accurate and complete.
We strive to respond to notifications within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
Please note that submitting erroneous notifications on a regular basis is not permitted. Depending on the seriousness of the offence, we may first issue a warning. If inappropriate behaviour continues, we may take your account offline for a reasonable period of time. In such cases, we will contact you and explain the reasons for our decision.
6. Internal complaint handling
If you disagree with a decision regarding the application of our Terms, you may raise objections through our internal complaints procedure, which includes:

If a complaint is rejected, you have the opportunity to seek review or appeal through an independent out-of-court settlement body, such as the Geschillencommissie Consumentenzaken or an equivalent body in any EU Member State.
Complaints will only be handled if submitted within six (6) months following the decision in question.
7. Final provisions
We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy and our Terms to adapt to new regulations or operational needs of the Platform, at our own discretion.
