Our commitment to accessibility
We are committed to making our website accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We believe accessibility is an essential part of building respectful, inclusive digital products and we aim to continuously improve the user experience for everyone.
This Accessibility Statement applies to the public website of our online resume platform. It does not currently apply to the resume (CV) builder application itself, which is described in more detail below.
Conformance status
The public-facing website is designed and maintained to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We actively work to ensure that core content, navigation, and informational pages are perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
Accessibility considerations for the website include, but are not limited to:
- Semantic HTML and meaningful document structure
- Sufficient color contrast and readable typography
- Keyboard-accessible navigation
- Responsive layouts for different devices and screen sizes
- Compatibility with modern assistive technologies
Resume builder accessibility
Our resume builder is a technically complex application developed and maintained by a small team. At this time, the builder itself is not fully accessible and may not meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements.
Based on our current team size and revenue, mandatory accessibility regulations applicable to larger organizations do not currently apply to our legal entity. Nevertheless, we recognize the importance of accessibility and view it as an ongoing responsibility.
We are committed to improving the accessibility of the resume builder over time and intend to incorporate accessibility best practices as the product evolves and resources allow.
Known limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some limitations may exist, particularly within the resume builder application. These may include:
- Limited keyboard navigation in complex interactive components
- Incomplete screen reader support for dynamic builder features
- Visual editing workflows that may rely on drag-and-drop interactions
We actively document and evaluate these limitations as part of our product roadmap.
Feedback and contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website and services. If you encounter accessibility barriers, notice an issue, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to respond and, where possible, address reported issues in a timely manner.
Privacy and GDPR considerations
Any personal data shared with us in the context of accessibility feedback is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. Personal data will be used solely for the purpose of responding to inquiries and improving accessibility and will not be retained longer than necessary.
For more information about how we handle personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We regularly review our website, tools, and content to identify opportunities for improvement and to align with evolving standards, technologies, and user needs.
We are committed to making meaningful progress toward a more accessible experience for all users.
